Hi Mike, I don't know this particular vehicle well, but an idea sprang into my head, so I thought I'd throw it out here. I once had a vehicle with a fuel line leaking directly onto an exhaust pipe...it had actually been leaking so long that it erroded a hole right through the pipe...fuel was now leaking directly into the exhaust. So what about a raw fuel leak post cat causing this one? Why only under load?? well there's higher fuel pressure under load and maybe it only leaks at the higher pressure. I may be way off, but it's a theory anyhow....Jamie
