First, the MAP voltage is always rounded off to the nearest decimal by the AD-converter. Second some Chrysler vehicles display MAP-in.Hg from the absolute vacuum 29.92 in.Hg. This would mean a vehicle running at 20.00 in.Hg would display 9.92inHg on the scanner. If you then graph out the readings the important thing to consider is that the readings follow each other. If the Check engine light is on while reading the scanner, the SBEC MAP reading is in default, and the readings you see on the scanner are calculated default from other sensor inputs, like TPS and RPM.
