From: Harvey CommentsHi Jamie, I don’t really know for sure but here’s my SWAG. I assume that if you are checking ground circuits you are doing voltage drop tests. If there is resistance in the ground circuit of the PCM, any time the PCM turns on a circuit by grounding it, the extra load on the circuit would cause the resistance in the circuit to rise momentarily, hence the “shark fin” that you are describing.
