Your on the right track now. No coil pulse, what controls the coil circuit for an output of the PCM. The cam signal, You will know that the PCM recognizes the signal because the Fuel pump relay is energized and injector firing occurs. If this is happening the A/D converter internal to the ECM is doing its job. Follow Harvey Chans advice. Seems to me at this point we are looking at a ground problem.
