Hi Dave, Thanks for your response. As luck would have it, we had a 1996 Dodge Ram 1500 with a 5.2 litre come into the shop today for a DRL module. While waiting for the parts, I grabbed a few pictures of the crank / cam signals. It appears that the rising or falling signal of the cam (sync) signal falls approximately halfway between the crank signals. The pics of the 92 Dakota I have seem to be off a little bit but probably not enough to cause any driveability problems. I also stumbled onto some waveforms in the IATN database, which raises more questions. Don’t you hate it when this happens <VBG>. I’ll start another thread with these questions.
