I think that one of these ways is to be in more communication with the customer ourselves. When we go and see a surgeon or a doctor, we don't talk to the receptionist about what our problem is or what our test results are etc. we talk to the doctor. I think the same should apply here. I feel this will help to prove our worth as it allows the customer to see what kind of expertise and equipment it takes to solve a modern day drivability problem. As I mentioned before, this is where I feel printing out relevant information is very useful. Although the customer may not understand exactly what is represented in the waveform, reading etc.., if we show them before and after pictures and give a brief explanation, they will know that they got something for their money and have some proof to take home with them. If there are only a select few who are able to do this, wouldn't that prove our worth to the field? What do you think? [_borders/disc3_aftr.htm] |
