Excellent! Good info. As always - worth it! Working at a Honda and Toyota specialty shop, I was impressed with the accuracy of the info. Not once did Jamie present something that was contradictory to what I've seen. He even expanded on my knowledge because the time was taken to present the "why & how" of the things I've seen in the field - good theory and research! Gord Clausen Wilson Auto Tech (Honda/Toyota), Edmonton October, 2005
I learned how to use my scope better, how to compare individual scope patterns against one another to find problems. The instructor was very knowledgeable, the best I've had in years. I certainly would recommend this course. Al Caron Access Automotive Repair, Edmonton October, 2005
Learning the various strategies will be very helpful in determining a logical approach to diagnosing. Attending these courses is always an inspiration to go over and above understanding system operation. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Understanding the back-up strategies on Honda and how the primary system works will greatly help on quick diagnostics when a problem vehicle comes into the shop. Martin Bettcher Bettcher's Automotive, Edmonton October, 2005
Very good!! I especially enjoyed the real life problems that were presented and the knowledge of the instructor was unbelieveable! I don't think there was a question left unanswered! Thomas Hill Hill's Auto Service, Surrey September, 2005
The instructor did a great job. The information started from basic sensor inputs and outputs to diagnosing complex problems. Great use of labscope captures. I would highly recommend this course to others Gurdeep Bhatti P.Larsen Automotive, North Vancouver September, 2005
