Hi-Tek Training Schedule

Focus diagnostic Training is a concept to allow the technician and shop owner to control his/her training path. Focus training will be limited to 12 technicians within the focus group. The group will decide on their training needs throughout the year and the training will be tailored to these needs. One concept will be continuous throughout the focus group…."How do we do this type of diagnostics faster and more accurate." The training will be learner focused so that every technician within the group will have a full understanding of the material. The course will not be generic but will be focused on particular car lines or systems. The premise of the courses is to understand all aspects of the particular subject with greater retention.
Focus diagnostic training is an on going yearly training contract that will focus on long term goals. Each member of the focus group will attend the training knowing that it is a long term commitment for diagnostic excellence.
